Chloe knows what it's like to start from the beginning. 8 years ago she battled with her weight and lost 7 stone through changing her habits. She now loves helping others reach their goal. She loves working with all different types of clients from all different backgrounds and always has the biggest and friendliest smile in the room. She will always adapt every session to suit your needs and makes sure you enjoy every session with her.

Chloe holds her sessions at E-motion Fitness hub in Poole. a 6,000sq ft state of the art facility including a coffee shop on site. Perfect to meet up with friends or grab a coffee after a workout.
