I have set up Booksy so everyone can buy a gift card online. This will show you how to 'VOID' a gift card once someone has come in to use it.
You can view if anyone has an active gift card by going to Booksy > Gift Cards & Bundled Services > Gift Cards.
Here will have a list of people with open gift cards.
